Apartment searching...
Nen and I went to see an apartment in St. Paul today that was supposed to be beautiful and fantastic and affordable. And it was beautiful and affordable, but the owners were trying to pass off closets as bedrooms (we're talking 5'x7.5' to be generous) which was very uncool. I couldn't even fit my bed inside one of these supposed "bedrooms" let alone a bed with a night stand or any of my clothes. The thing is that in reality there will be two of us living there full time and at least half of the time there will be three, so there has got to be a decent amount of space - and bedrooms in which we can seek refuge and privacy. But it was only our first viewing and we'd rather live in Minneapolis anyhow, so I am still hopeful the right place is out there.
