I have been on a diet for about 2 months now. My highest weight I ever reached, which is also my starting weight for this journey, fluctuated between 173 and 175.
My short term goal is to lose 20 pounds by Halloween.
I am 75% of the way there. This morning my weight was 160. My goal is 153-155 by Halloween.
My long term goal is to get my weight back to 130-135 by my birthday next year as a present to myself. (Which puts my goal date as March 13th.) This is what I weighed before Joe and I started dating. I am about 35% of the way to this goal.
I have not really incorporated exercise into my weight loss yet. I have drastically cut back on my... everything intake. My portions are smaller, and am only drinking at most one can of soda a day. I am barely snacking at all. I am making sure I eat at least 3 times a day. My next plan it to incorporate light weights and cardio into my life.
