As most of you know, I have taken over Fey Publishing. I plan to stick with the motto "Bringing new talent to light". I am not requiring publishing credits to be considered and I want to work with both new and seasoned writers alike. I've found so much love and support within the Indie author community, I want to give back and help other writers ( Read more... )

Oh wow, how did I miss Kevin lost his job? (What does Kevin do? so I can keep an eye out on campus.)

I sent you a comment through the form for some books.

I didn't post about him losing his job because he hadn't said anything and I didn't want to break the news to his friends. He only recently told everyone when I was traveling. So this is the first time I mentioned it.

He has a history degree but was working as a customer service rep (NOT a good field for him though). He's actually really organized and a hard worker and wouldn't make a bad office manager or executive assistant, specifically in an academic or athletic department.

Thank you, I just saw that and was heading over to reply :)

For Kindle, .mobi works, I know that much. And someone told me that PDF's work as well, but I can't be sure of that. I use .mobi on Kevin's Kindle and there isn't a problem. I will have to look into it for the iPad as I have no experience with those :)

Here's what I found for iPad...

Though it doesn't sound like PDFs really work on the Kindle so much.

I can dropbox a PDF and read it that way. So I'll order the 6 if they are available?

Tell him to set up an account at fullerton.edu as well as uci.edu and then he can put in search parameters and get emails with job stuff.

Yep, all are still available in the formats listed. Some are Kindle versions only... will that be an issue?

Will do. He's already applied for a couple jobs at one of the universities, so he's looking there :) Thank you again for everything!

Kindle is the easiest for me, so that is my preferred if / when there are options. :-)
