Let's put it this way... when the cops are out with searchlights on the road running past the prison, and they advise you to "lock your doors" then there is a very strong possibility they're looking for someone who decided that he'd test the 'security' in either minimum or medium.
Not that we're likely to hear anything... somehow this never seems to make the news.
