I'm working my best on running. I like running in Mines Falls because it's wooded. So, on hot days like today, it doesn't get that bad. I still come home pretty sweaty. I'm starting to see Mr. Cobb(s?), the guy's track coach more often. This also helps with my wanting to do cross country in the summer/spring. I just began week 2 of my running and I'm at 1 minute run and 1 minute walk ten times. I learned something the hard way today: Do not drink a good amount of water before you run...unless you enjoy cramps! I like seeing the different people when I run/walk. Most of the time, I will see a person or a group of people in the beginning and then again in the end.
Running is relaxing.
