Remember that you like:
-When the sun comes up and the birds start to chirp as you finally drift off into blissful sleep
-the way the lake looks when it's raining
-Her hair in the sunshine
-His eyes when you're both upside down
-The feeling on gauzy fabric on your legs as you walk in your favorite long dress
-Short skirts that show off your legs

Remember the world is cruel:
-Dont forget they judge you purely based on your appearance
-Not everyone will like you
-You will have to confront someone someday about something and you wont be able to cry during said confrontation
-you'll be too tired to work because you haven't slept yet despite the fact that you went to bed early

Remember:
-its okay to be proud of your accomplishments and your faults
-your skin has grown considerably tougher thanks to cold word after cold word hurled at you for the last twenty-five years.
-Your body is strong, you can lift anything and your hips can literally break down a door
-Being fat is okay. Having a big ass and big boobs don't make you evil or lazy or slutty or any of the other things they keep telling you.

-especially to children, small animals and middle aged women
