So I noticed that except for my late night binges I've pretty much cut out snacking. I'm not hungry for longer but when I am hungry it's nearly crippling. I did a 42 minute work out. I did twenty minutes of yoga, ten minutes of the hula hoop and then eight more minutes of yoga. The last three minutes were a balance game.
My back is killing me. The S curve feels the worst.
I ate ok, kind of badly because I actually didn't eat much. :/ Need to eat but keep it balanced. *nods*
Watching a documentary on weed. I know I know, I like reading/seeing the history of the drug culture. I don't particularly care/do drugs but they're fun to learn about. :3
I'm really hungry. Probably going to make a peanut butter sammich or some eggs. (It's a good idea to eat protein after you work out to build muscles.)
