Weight Loss-change, no I mean actual change

Staying on the ball isn't that hard when you make it a habit. It's actually become enjoyable and fun to walk and lift weights. Heather and I walk for a good forty minutes maybe longer then I do about twenty or so crunches on the crunch machine. I have lost roughly ten pounds. My shirts are getting loose and my pants are having trouble staying on my hips. I have a bit more energy but because I feel crappy from the weather I can't enjoy it fully. Who knew that sleep effect how one feels so much. I suppose I've gotten used to getting a full 7-8 hours that I forgot how off I feel with out it.
I've also been really on key with the eating. I only had one splurge day and that was today. Every day I'm careful with what I eat. I have three meals a day and a snack if I feel faint or sick.
I still have a considerable amount of weight to loose but I really feel the difference in my knees. My Granny told me once that every pound you lose is five pounds of pressure off of your knees. I don't even have that burning sensation or leg twitch that I did three weeks ago.
XD I'm so excited for the changes to come.
Going to the Asian Market tomorrow with Brian. He's never been so it'll be legendary. I think I'll have to stay away from the live food section how ever. Seeing the swimming fish and jumping froggies ready to be slaughtered bothers me. *shudders* I will have to pick up some ramen for Heather and maybe a Japanese face mask for her. I hate leaving her out when food is involved lol. Maybe I can find her some easy food she can pack for lunch. She doesn't eat enough during the day. It makes me worry. :(
Blah time for bed. Big day tomorrow! Woot woot!
