fell back up
Well...I just got hired back at Geek Squad again as a CIA. So I have to wear that goofy outfit with a tie everyday now. GUH. I'm working 2nd shift 3:30pm-12:00am. I ALMOST chose to work 1st shift...just because I have a lot of friends (friends that are managers) working that shift. Also, I wouldn't be missing every night event. BUTTTTT....I don't want to go back to waking up at 6am everyday. That suckz beaver balls.
I felt like a total douche getting interviewed...cuz I literally knew everyone at the front...and I was dealing with my old managers....so everyone else there was nervously waiting and answering everyone all scared....while the employers/employees went out of their way to say hi and have a mini conversation with me...including my old supervisor who kept me company for a majority of the time. All this got me through fast and I got VIP to cut everyone in the hour line they were waiting in.
But there was one really awkward moment when Brent was interviewing me (btw I had no idea he liked me as much as he did, he was acting like I was his niece he hadn't seen in yearz ...he got me wrote up for making animals out of foam, lol) Anyways....heres how the convo went:
him: "Is there anything you. .... neeeeeeeed?"
me: "huh?"
"yeah you know is there anything you want? anything I can do for you"
"well, I do want 2nd shift"
"no, you already have the option to work at anytime....do you want anything out of me? Is there anything I can do?"
"uhhhh, *laughs* can I be team lead?"
hahah....I don't really know what he meant by that...maybe I could have been put on any line or with my old co-workers....I dunno...that was still a weird way of asking me.
