Bleach-man, Bleach-man, does all a bleach can...

Wow, I have been all the tool-pixel today.

My dad stopped by today to install some shelfing in the war133-house (my dad used to be a carpenter (now he teaches carpentry, among other stuff, at the local secondary school)) and I got all hands on, sawing the shelves in the appropriate configuration with all sorts of power tools. Not to mention drilling the holes in the wall. I feel so manly.

And after that all, I clean up all the debris, and then I basically bleached the entire kitchen. I cleaned everything -- with bleach.
I love cleaning where after which you can actually smell there was cleaning happening -- for the next three days. It brings back all sorts of swimming-pool nostalgia.

On a different note, "Brief voor de Koning" by Tonke Dragt won the "best Dutch children's book ever" award! That is so right! Brief voor de de Koning is BEST CHILDREN'S BOOK IN THE WHOLE WORLD!

Oh, and I ate to much soup -- I think I am going to explode now...
