- Duplicate once and set it to screen 100%
- Make a selective color layer with this settings
Reds; Cyan -100 Magenta +19 Yellow +100
Yellows; Cyan -93 Magenta +59 Yellow -50
Cyans; Cyan +100 Magenta -75 Yellow -92 Black +100
Neutrals; Cyan -14 Magenta -14 Yellow -24

- Create a Hue/Saturation
Saturation +14

- Duplicate your base and bring it to the top and set it to soft light 30%
- Add a scratch texture [by me, the set can be founded here]
- Heres your result
