Welcome to pixel_by_me. :D
This month I joined thepixelpalace (forum) in hopes to learn something new about creating Blinkies, Siggies (other than those for Land-Comms) and Pixel-Icons.
Since many of those members have Blinkie Pages and I wanted to keep track on the things I did (other than those that I post in fandream) I created this Community. :o)
