Rain, rain go way...
due to right arm pain i am having to type with my left hand only. so i'm going to avoid capitals and some other things like long posts, lj cuts and posting pictures.
*sigh* i found out today i have 2 more appointments with my dentist till we got to the maintenance only. *boo* my jaws kills, damn small genes from my mom. my jaw is very small so they have problems clamping my back molars to work on them. also it took 4 shots of the local before i couldn't feel the pain. Damn those sensitive teeth and gums!! Argg, I'm not looking forward to next week appointment. I've learned my lesson though, brush twice dailiy and floss, it's very, very important to floss and not this a few weeks before you go back to the dentist crap and a few weeks after seeing the dentist. Another valuable lesson if you don't like going to the dentist, go any way! Suck it up and get your ass into the dentist's chair because you will be in less pain, you have all your teeth, it will be so much cheaper than avoiding it for years. I tried to make sure I brushed and flossed regularly, but I still got loads of cavities, lost fillings and had poor gums due to build up. Trust me it's no picnic going to the dentist every week for two months straight. I'm so happy that I didn't have to get a root canal and crowns!!!
No it's not a figment of your imagination everyone, you see capitals. I can't stand typing so slowly it just pains me more than the shooting pain up my arm and shoulder.
In knitting news, I learned to purl today. My mom taught me so now I'm going to make a simple ribbed scarf to practice my knit and purl stitches. I also picked up both S'n'B books today. I can't wait to do a lot of these patterns especially the cabling, intarsia and fair isle *squee* Now I just need to learn to cast off and then it will be learning new things with each new project I do, I may have to put off some of my crochet projects for a bit because I feel a knitting frenzy coming on soon

Tomorrow I"m hoping that my arm feels better so I can post some pictures. I have so awesome pictures that I want to get up on my flickr account of the International (old pick-up that used to be the hay truck on Mr. Pix3l's grandparents farm), our weeping willow jungle, and I think there is some more pictures I can't remember. You are probably wondering what the heck I mean by weeping willow jungle, well we had a large wind storm two days ago and our weeping willow tree came down during it. The tree didn't hit the house, but had to be cleared from our sidewalk and the roots pulled up our fence. We are also under a boil water advisory, due to very high turbidity level normal is 1 and it is 40 and 80 at two of the reservoirs. read more here. We have to chainsaw the tree and fix the fence this weekend and the worse thing is that more stormy weather is on it way for the weekend. Well time to go crash, hope everyone is having a good end to their week, Yay a few more hours and it's Friday. Now i have to go boil so water to brush my teeth. :-[
