(no subject)
LJ it's been a while. Been busy cleaning the house and trying not to be too nervous about my home interview for Guide Dogs on Tuesday. I've also been getting my last package readying for my pal in secretpal_lj3, it's kind of sad because I've had so much fun spoiling said pal and it is coming to an end. Soon my pal should be getting their reveal package, no more secrets.
I've been doing a lot of knitting (frogging -- unravelling what you just knitted and starting all over again) and reading, as well as fixing up the computer after we did the re-install. Nothing really exciting here folks. I finished a project with the bamboo yarn that Smacked Knitless sent me, see it here Hmm, I'll try to post in the next few days when I have more brain cells to rub together because right now my mind feels like it is full of cotton right now.
Here's where I am in my reading goal for 2007. I've been doing more knitting than reading without the listening to audio books I am almost finished listening to an unabridged audio book of Philip Pullman's Ruby in the Smoke (first in the sally lockhart series) and I'm finding it interesting but not as enchanting as His Dark Materials Trilogy. Right now I have three books on the go: Here's the list of what I have read so far.
