I don't think she's a Sue--I think she's realistic. I like your interpretation, based on what little we know of Julie thus far. Her want for a normal life is nigh-painful to read, and James' seeming oblivion makes me ache for her.

I eagerly await the other half =)

*g* thank you! I'm glad you took the time to read it. I was really worried that it wouldn't work. I'm still unsure how to approach the second part although there's a rough plot... *cringe*

I just hope that the boys didn't get into too much mischief in New York... *cringe* But life is rarely normal in Princeton-Plainsboro... *cough* anyway... I'm beginning to make no sense.

Thank you for your kind words... it means a lot!

You're one of those people where I come across a new fic and think, "Ooooh, it's going to be good!" I can't resist reading a new fic from you.

There are a few Britishisms that you don't generally come across in America, but other than that, I have no complaints whatsoever.

*g* thank you! *blush*

*whoops* you're always welcome to point it out, so I can get it changed or something... (or... Julie can be British... *g* that's probably pushing the canon boat a wee bit far...) Well, she likes tea... *g* I suppose that Britishism thing happens in the other fic too, doesn't it?

It does happen in all my major fandoms. I'm always surprised by how little we know about Julie--she's Wilson's third wife, she doesn't like green, and she's used to him working late. That's about it. For all we know, she is British.

Or an oompa-loompa.

I'm already working on "House and Wilson raise a kid". (Actually, I'm one of three working on it. It's very long already.)

But wow, that would be SUCH a crack!fic. I can do it after the "vampire bats from hell eat Cameron" fic.

*grins* I love that reaction. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy.

I hope you'll survive! I need the second half of your current fic =) (I'll be working on it today.)

but really, really?

Really! sarcasticsra mentioned something about "evil vampire bats from hell" and I said to her that it HAD to be written--which means I'm writing it.

Speaking about evil vampire bats... I'm all for evil vampy bats if it turns Cameron's attention away from House. I'm biased that way. But House should really get it on with Wilson. Because House and Wilson sounds like something you find on the coffee section in the supermarket..

I'll do almost anything to get Cameron's attention away from House, because it's just so wrong. (I think a Cameron/Chase pairing would work well.)

Excellent reason. I approve. They do need to get it on, though. There's definitely potential (at least) there.

Oh hell yeah, that Allison/Robert banter they had in uh... can't remember which epi (the one with the very sick, bullimic executive lady person). But can't help raising eyebrows when Chase seems to... grin at all of House's jokes... *sigh* and... Well. But Cameron and Chase is... cute. And I use that word rather sparingly, kinda sorta.

And House and Wilson... yeah, for some reason I thought of them as... I don't know jars sitting side by side in the coffee section.. *sigh* But weird how subtexts go. I'm probably reading a hella lot too much into things. But... 'Jack&Daniel', uh... 'H & Speed'

*sigh*

Allison/Robert banter was in "Control". It works for me in the same way as...taking a pill rather than getting an injection works for me. I'd rather have nothing of the sort, but if I have to choose one to avoid the other, I'll go with the pill.

House and Wilson is one of the few pairings in fandom that I'm dead against breaking up. (The other one is in M*A*S*H.) I'm a slasher, but usually flexible about my pairings...not on this one, though.
