In terms of canon, Foreman went to med school at Johns Hopkins, which is in Baltimore. He did his residency in LA. The only other character who has mentioned an alma mater is House, who had a line "That's how they teach it at Harvard Med" to the clinic patient who was slapping himself, but that could just as easily have been snarking. I assume that Cameron went to a state university for both undergrad and medical school.
We have very few hints about Cuddy or Chase. The only hint about Wilson came in "Histories" when he said the thing about having seen his brother last nine years ago. House followed him to the spot. My assumption was that the place was either in Trenton, NJ, or Philadelphia, they are right across the river from each other. So either Wilson did his residency at PPTH and then stayed, and he's basically a hometown boy made good, or he was working at one of Philadelphia's many fine hospitals at the time. He might have gone to medical school at University of Pennsylvania, which is a very good school, but I'm guessing. Since he's the Boy Wonder, he may have finished med school early and gone someplace else entirely, then come to PPTH for a fellowship.
I'm always amazed that aynybody reads my stuff, too.
