Organ Trail

Got bored and played a flash game called Organ Trail, which is basically a zombie apocalypse take on Oregon Trail. I'm sure you all guessed as much. I'm posting about it right now because I used my real-life friends as my party members. :3

Along the way, Jon, and then Jordan, got bit by zombies, which is indicated by the green skull in the screen cap. It's all right, though--as long as their health is up and green and all, they won't turn and... I don't know, try and kill us. And yeah, we ended up sheltering at a prison for a while. It reminded me of The Walking Dead. XD

[Damn it, you guys.]

And then, Jon had to get sick with the "green fever." Resting only made him worse. The medkits helped, but...

[Damn it, Jon. D:]

Jon... I'm sorry. I couldn't take my chances. Zombie bite + a disease called "green fever"? DNW.

Still kind of funny/cool that there's an option to kill party members, although it does make sense in this setting.

Anyway, the trip was long and boring. Amanda got sick three times, but at least she always recovered. Jordan didn't get sick at all despite being bitten and sometimes suffering from exhaustion. Scavenging for food was very easy.

At the end, after getting to the end at the "Safe Haven" in Oregon (lol), my last mission was to gather 9 tanks of gas to fire up some contraption at top. So it was basically one last game of scavenging for food but with occasional help from the members of your party, who are sitting in a car across from the contraption... thing.

I made some dumb mistakes and had one bar of health left when I completed the mission, but hey, I survived and made it to Safe Haven. -___-

[My score.]

I guess I did fine. Could have done better, but it's fine.

I wonder if I should've kept Jon alive, though. Just to see if I was wrong to be wary. XD
