Got my overage check today. $2300. Gotta buy more stuff for Nursing (white uniforms, bandage scissors, pen light, pocket protector, backpack, other crap) tomorrow after my Pharm test. Goddamn test. Serum levels, acids-bases, shit that I didn't study for. Got another test friday and 2 next week. Sorry, I'm boring you.
First clinical is Tuesday, that should be exciting. We are supposed to formulate a nursing diagnosis, establish outcome criteria, impliment the interventions, and evaluate. We are only there for four hours, so I really don't think that our outcome criteria will be fulfilled, which sucks because you would like to know whether or not your judgements were correct. I should chart something like, "The patient will fart twice by 11:00AM." That seems reasonable.
