Wampum Christmas Parade, Wampum, PA
Saturday, December 1st @ 11:30am.
Meet at the Old School Gymnasium, Main St. Extension, Wampum, PA 16157 (Come in Clyde St. Parking on site)
Parade line up is on Wampum-New Castle Road. Step off is at ~1pm.
The town and parade coordinators have told us our group is one of the highlights of their annual parade and WANT US BACK! How cool is that! :-)
Fursuiters and handlers are encouraged to mark this fun event on their calendars and make plans to attend. Changing area is provided.
The parade route is about a mile long with frequent stops, so we're probably on the route for about an hour in the cool December weather which is perfect for suiting. After the parade we take a quick break then we go back to interact with the kids waiting to take photos with Santa. Once that's done the group grabs lunch at a Mom & Pop restaurant in town.
It's really a fun afternoon. If you haven't been before, you should totally give this parade a try.
