Hello fellow Pittsburghers--
Thought I'd ask here: does anyone know where you can find a good ol' fashioned, first-come-first-serve, public park charcoal grill around here? You know, the kind that you see in campgrounds and parks pavilions and such? I know that many of the city's public park pavilions are equipped with them, but you have to buy a permit and reserve them and such. I'm just wondering where two apartment dwellers might be able to grill up some dinner without having to pay for a rental. Does such a thing exist around here? We're in the East End but willing to drive a bit. Fox Chapel/O'Hara Township, maybe?
Any tips are appreciated. Thanks!
