Hi, all!
My husband and I are in the process of moving to Pittsburgh next month for graduate school. I ran across the Brandywine Agency, who owns a number of complexes in the city and surrounding areas. The apartment listings I've seen appear to be reasonable prices for the sizes, but I didn't find any information about them in this community or on the landorslum.com site.
Because of a previous experience with a corporately owned apartment complex where I live, I'm very wary about renting in a large complex; however, I'm willing to give it another go. We are coming up to look at apartments at the end of the month, so I need some help from y'all to see if looking at their units are worth our time.
Has anyone heard anything about them? Or perhaps have experience dealing with them?
If it helps, they own the following properties:
White Oak: White Oak Farms, Heritage Park, White Oak Village, Mount Vernon Apartments, Renzie Park, Center Grove, Foster Road
Next to City: The Forest Apartments, Frick Park Village, Roberta Gardens
North Versailles: Versailles Castle, The Towers, Oak Hill Apartments, Green Valley Flats, Quality Court
Turtle Creek: Highland Manor, Hep Park, Valley Park Townhouses
Westmoreland County: Markvue
Thanks so much!
