Musical Instrument Repair?
A quick check through the past tags for in the music, instrument or repair areas of the list resulted in nothing, so I'd like to ask: Anybody know a good musical instrument repair shop to recommend?
Specifically, I have a Buffet R13 clarinet (made of wood, professional quality) that I haven't played in a few years due to being utterly busy with school. I've just retrieved it from my mother's house, and would like to find a community band in the area so I can start playing again, because it's a shame to let that instrument sit idle. But first...I should have my clarinet looked at and any necessary repairs done.
A quick Google search yielded these results: http://www.johnstonbaughs.com/ and http://www.hollisgermannmusic.com/clarinet.htm. If anyone can personally recommend either of these shops, or knows of someplace else that would do a better job or that is particularly good with woodwinds, I'd love to hear of it!
