Relocating
My husband and I are relocating from Texas for him to attend school in Monessen, PA. I was hoping someone could suggest where to even begin looking for a decent place to live with small children. I have found several places for rent I am just unaware of neighborhood statistics and don't want to end up somewhere we shouldn't be. We will be moving in April and my oldest will start kindergarten in the fall. Any information will be helpful and appreciated.
