Kitty Litter We Deliver update
I spoke today with the owner and, sadly, it looks as if they're shutting down operations permanently.
They've had a number of financial setbacks, including the economy, and had to make the decision on short notice.
(Apparently one problem dealt with a new automated software setup that was erroneously charging for litter even when customers weren't on the automatic plan. They weren't aware of the problem until people contacted them and the only way they were able to halt the charges was by cutting it off via the website.)
Regular customers will be receiving an explanation via snail mail shortly.
It's really a shame because this was such a great service and so convenient - not to mention the best cat litter I've ever used.
