Men's clothing (the dress-up kind)
Does anyone know of anyplace that will take men's suits?
My dad recently passed away and a lot of his casual clothing - flannel shirts, pants - fits me just fine, so I'm keeping it. The things I can't wear are his suits and shoes. I know nursing homes take clothing sometimes, but they aren't going to want suits that need to be dry cleaned. I guess what I'm asking is if there's any org that takes stuff like this for men who are trying to get back on their feet, etc. The last thing I want is to give this stuff to Goodwill etc and have it sit and sit. I want it to get used.
Some of it might have "retro" value but considering retro is 1980s nowadays, I'm not sure if that is the avenue I want to take.
