Tailoring

khyron posted a question similar to what I'm asking so I think I have good ideas already, but where in Oakland/Squill would I find a good but not overly expensive dry-cleaner/tailor? I am looking for a shop to slightly shorten straps on a dress and no more than that. I think that tailoring should cost between $30-40 (cheaper would be wonderful).

Any ideas? Recommendations? From that post I mentioned I know about Footers but don't know about their prices.
