Wedding dress alterations

Does anyone have any recommendations for a place or person who can do wedding dress alterations? Specifically, my dress has a chapel train, so I need a bustle, and I know I need the halter neck shortened a bit. There are probably a couple of other small alterations that someone who knows what they're doing can point out, but I don't think that any of it is too complicated.

So yeah. Recommendations, please?
