So I'm located in South Oakland. Can you tell me where I can get plastic window insulation and where I can get a copy of a key at? Hopefully relatively cheap, but if they're a small business I'll pay a little more. Also hopefully in Oakland, Squirrel Hill, or Downtown. Maybe Shadyside.
