Stowe School District...
I know Mckees Rocks/Stowe isn't specifically "Pittsburgh" but it's a suburb...can someone help me?
My husband and I are looking at a home in a "nicer" part of Mckees Rocks. It's right past St. Marys cemetary. It's in a little "hidden" part that I never knew was there and I grew up around the west suburbs all my life. It's a the neighborhood right next to Silver Star Meats store/factory.
I have 2 children. Can someone tell me about the school district? I will be commuting both of my sons to Oakdale for pre-school. Not something I have to worry about but since my children will be attending school there eventually, can someone tell me a bit about their school district or should I consider a private education? I know we all have our bad parts but curious if someone can point me into the direction of where to look for info. My googling skills aren't that hot tonight.
