Self Defense
Hi. I was looking all around in the tags and couldn't find anything on this subject. I'm looking for a self defense class thats somewhere around the Pittsburgh area. It doesn't matter where. Basically what I'm looking for is a class that can teach me the basics in defending myself against an attacker and how to subdue them without injury. I'm getting a job at a psychiatric facility and there have been instances of attacks before. I want to be able to defend myself without hurting the patient. Not hurting them is a big requirement for me. Anyone have any suggestions?
