East End condos to buy

Jan 26, 2007 11:01

I am considering buying a home sometime this summer. Being a 20-something girl with no desire to renovate a house, I am thinking a condo or townhouse might be more up my alley. Being that I am going back to Pitt part time for my MBA in the Fall, I was hoping for something in the East End to take advantage of the bus system (if it still exists by then).

Do you know of a good, non-pushy Realtor who specializes in that area and handles condos/townhomes?

Do you know of any reasonably priced condos/townhouses in Squirrel Hill, Shadyside (I know, unlikely), Point Breeze, Regent Square or anywhere else in the "East End"?

If you know of a place outside of the East End but that you've heard really great things about, I am open to those suggestions as well.

Thanks in advance.
