me? alive? sweet!
wow its been a long time since ive visited. i'm sorry, dearest lj.
lets see. whats been going on?
EVERYTHING. work is insane. life is insane.
luckily. the last two nights ive been able to leave work between 530 and 6, and just go home, and relaaaaaaaaaxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. its been nice. in bed at a decent hour, up feeling refreshed the next day. which is good, because the next few days are going to be crazy.
tonight's acousitc chaos is going to be insanely amazing. i cannot WAIT for the wonderful night of music that awaits. cantwaitcantWAIT!!!
tomorrow is a visit to madres casa, to pick up plants and a prized quilt my grandmother is handing down to me. it is actualy a handmade quilt my great grandmother made, and my great aunt (grandma's sister) wanted my mother to have it, but grandma told mom that she was getting all of grandmas quilts when SHE passed away, so she asked mom if she could give ME the quilt from my great grandmother. it is absolutely gorgeous. every single thing handsewn on there. i can't wait for that either.
friday night there are multiple shows in denton. four to be exact. i think brandy and i have whittled it down to only two shows, because there is no way with scheduling we could make it to all four shows. we have decided to start out at the inferno for the orange and kessler, then head to andy's for the color gray, then back to inferno for southfm, and back to andys to catch the last of upside. phew!
saturday...oh saturday.
james asked me to go to a hockey game with him, his brother, and his parents. and some family friends. so of COURSE i said yes. mainly because i love hockey. and we are going with his parents. soooooooo, from there onward to the feds show in clearview! its going to be amazing.
