[Today Excel is Kotono Kobayashi, Westerberg High second-year student (oddly appropriate having been in the city about 2 years now), known to be a general spaz, good in PE and sports in general, but mediocre in all studies as she tends to sleep through most of them. Her highest marks are in Biology for some reason. Even she doesn't really know why.]
