[OOC: Excel got her little girly, kiddy bike from Meryl and hardly batted an eye. Upon finding it outside her apartment, she quickly confiscated it in the name of ACROSS and it's now officially hers. And she'll be RIDING this tiny bike made for an 8-year-old little girl in all seriousness. It serves a purpose and that's what matters! Also, again, after that incident with the green coloring stuff with the Gintama folks, Excel got some on her and had to bleach her own hair. Thus, it's lighter than it normally is. So, feel free to have your characters ask about the notable difference between this (before) and this (after). She will DENY it~]
