[Excel's out near building 5, after having snuck out of Wolfwood's place early this morning to avoid any more unnecessary imposition. She's rolling up a ball of snow and quietly singing to a tune reminiscent of Katamary Damacy, muttering contently to herself every now and then in between the melody.]
Saa~.... It's always so peaceful when it snows.... I wonder why that is..... It makes me feel strangely at ease.... 'Specially since I don't have to worry about thawing Ha-chan out tomorrow, since she ain't here. Menchi's not here either, huh? El-chan........ Well, Menchi oughta be happy at least. El-chan always did spoil her. I wonder if they even miss me.....
..................... Well, I've got Lord Il Palazzo safe and sound here, so who needs 'em anyway! I can carry this organization all by myself! Damnit, I gotta start watching that... As long as my Lord is here, I can keep going without fear of the future!

Yes! This is the time of year that should bring out the spirit of joy and happiness in the masses! As an elite member of ACROSS upstanding citizen, I should strive to set a good example for the people of this city! That's what the season's all about, after all even though this isn't really the right season yet!
