Happy Talk Like a Pirate Day!
I miss Retzer. aka the teacher who taught me about pirate day, kevin costner and his love of jfk, the amazing-ness of "mr. smith goes to washington" and everything that is good about America.
I worked today. And now I'm watching my future husband pitch for the Tigers. Verlander, duh. He just gave up a grand slam. For anyone who doesn't know baseball, that is bad. I still love him.
I stayed after school until 7:45 last night to decorate the Senior hallway for Homecoming. It was me, carrie, taylor, alex, kim and michelle. How lucky are you to have Senior officers who care as much as we do? The hallway looks amazing, so don't pull anything down. And yell at other students who do. I did today. I chewed a kid out who thought it was funny to pull down a lei with a star attatched and wear it like bling. loser.
The big game is Thursday. I'm betting on a loss. No! I take that back. I have such faith in my team. Look for me in the parade! Then the dance! So excited! Well, I'm gonna go try on my homecoming dress again.
