The band's often lengthy and oddly structured songs, touched up with intriguing imagery in the lyrics, tend to reach and affect listeners in ways they never have been before.
APK's newest full-length album "The Olympians" (Point Five Limey Records) is ethereal and emotive, exploring a number of dynamics, moods, vocal styles, tempos, song lengths and lyrical messages. "In Spite Of Angels," the bands debut album (independent), is where APK's reputation for writing powerful and heart-felt songs surely originated. However, "The Olympians" continued this along with increased diversity and experimentation. Hear it for yourself.
