Workopolis.com is a very good site for IT people. Outside of that, direct recruiting from colleges and Universities is a good bet UBC, UVIC, Simon Fraser, and maybe even places like CDI or Vancouver Institute of Technology (I think it's called). These people are screaming for jobs as they come right out of school.
