It's bizarre. I literally rode the bike around for one day, and now my right hip socket decided to despise everything that I want to do. It came on suddenly in Midsummer, after I wake up and realize that Lysander is gone. My leg almost gave out, and after I ran up to the hill for my next spot, I was just so puzzled. What do you do for your hip issues. Do you bike, or is it just a pain?

It's not from biking - the initial injury happened as I was crossing through seats at the Nederlander and fell -- somehow I fell on to the armrest, right on my left hip. After that, my left hip started to bother me, but not too much ( ... )

THE NEDERLANDER? Oh that theatre... oh that bitch of a theatre... *shakes head*

I remember the pigeon pose from my yoga classes... I remember how much I always hated it. I'm sure that if only my hip could turn out just a smidge more, I would actually feel a stretch. For me, that particular pose is nothing but an uncomfortable balance thing, not even a stretch at all.

Ahhhh, I can definitely understand how it could be uncomfortable. For me, it just stretches the exact place that gets inflamed, so it's perfect. I'm sure there's other ones you can do, that would help more than that one.
