(no subject)
Ok, this is going to be my very first post.
I have been in Canada on-and-off for almost 4 years. I was supposed to stay here for 5 months only and here I am. It had been 6 months since I return from Brazil for my 10-month-old holidays (not really, anyways).
Last week my work was finally paid off. I got this job I have been looking for so long time. Starting in two I will be working as Marketing Assistant in one of the biggest schools here in Vancouver.
Not only this, I got another job offer in the same day: to work in the Vancouver Aquarium. I really enjoyed the "hunting" feeling over my resume, specially because I do hate this job hunting stuff.
To make things better, we moved this weekend!!! Our new place is sooo cozy. I felt as if I have been living here for ages (and so my dog!). The moving day was crazy and quite stressing after we found out that the moving guy was not coming (his girlfriend called us one hour before) and we couldn't rent anybody else at that point.
Many many hours later we could finally finish bringing our stuffs to our new place and then was past 11pm already, so it was just the time to look for the bed clothes and crash in the bed.
And now, this place is looking quite livable and lovely. I just need some help from my friends to decorate here since I am really bad in this. I have lots of ideas but no idea at how to make it works...
