Election day is approaching.
The Voter ID Amendment will be on he ballot.
Here's something I found - just sayin'....:
It is an unfunded mandate that will raise property taxes because it will increase costs to local governments who will be charged with creating and administering a new elections system. The Secretary of State’s office estimates that it would cost the state and local governments $30 million to $50 million to implement. Cost increases which would be incurred every two-year election cycle include:
$30 million to $50 million. Wow. What else, I wonder, could MN do with $30 - $50 million?
