I might have just fucked up big time. I just found out(via email) that the merger is not going to happen until Jan. 1. My reply was basically that I want out sooner. I thought it was polite and reasonable, but Matt thought it was rude and that I should stay and do what they want. That after he's always telling me to get out of the apartment. I work here! The best way to get me out of the apartment is to have me work somewhere else. Make up your mind, damn it. (As you can see, I'm doing reasonably well without smoking.) So now I'm freaking out because Matt says I was kind of rude. And I'm so worried about what my boss is going to say. My boss also happens to be like a second father to me and, more than anything, I fear the 'I'm disappointed in you' talk. Gotta get back to work now.
