I'm not even going to write about the events before the concert XD
So, we're all in the Bell Center about to pee our pants in anticipation, when the beginning of "Dance in the Dark" starts playing - turns out it's a video introducing the tour (WITH AN AWESOME REMIX AND SLOW MO LADY GAGA JUMPING IN A FLOWY OUTFIT) and then the video stops! Dance in the Dark started playing again and a spotlight is turned to the screen and I see Lady Gaga silhouette. She stays very still and starts singing Dance in the Dark - the only time she moves is in between the verse and the chorus :O this song ends and the screen is lfted up to reveal GAGA! She starts singing an unfamiliar song (Later learned that it's "Glitter and Grease") that transitions to "Just Dance" then "Beautiful, Dirty, Rich." All great songs, of course.
After these songs she says something along the lines of "I wrote this song about my favorite club in New York City.. Sing it, super fans." and "Vanity" starts playing and I'm all ":OOOOOOOOOO super old song yayay." So, I sang it, duh. Gaga disappears and comes back through the floor with an epic instrument (not sure what it was) and starts playing "The Fame" - my favorite song from the album of the same title :D I was sososo excited! She disappeared again and the whole set changed, which meant another video of slow mo Gaga and awesome remixed songs :D She comes back in a subway car with a see through outfit and a nun hat? Something like that.
The she sings "Boys Boys Boys," and "Money Honey." Then she announces that she is going to make a phone call to someone in the audience and move them to a VIP seat (there was a sign up in the Bell Center right before the concert). The phone rings and a cute little Asian girl answers (she's put on the big screens so everyone can see.) She asked Gaga how she was and Gaga said "I'm good bitch, how are you?!" and that sent the girl into hysterics XD then Gaga told her she was a sexy lesbian (the girl said she's gay, lul). And after they hang up, Gaga is all "Oh, I have a phone call.." and I'm like "Chris! Beyonce is gonna come on stage now and do 'Telephone' with her!" then Gaga says "Hello? Beyonce?" So Chris and I are all "AHHHHHHHHH OMFG WTF SRSLY IGJDIFHGDHG" ...but Beyonce never came out XD However, Gaga did "Telephone" all alone and it was still amazing.
Gaga disappears again and comes back on her piano :D She starts playing "Brown Eyes" and gets REALLY into it at the end and adds new lyrics such as "I hate you, you motherfucker, I hope you die, I hate you I hate you, you fucking motherfucker, you hurt me so bad" and she started to cry D:! It was cute, but very sad! Then she calmed down and made this little speech:
Click to view:D Then she said "I created the Monster Ball for a place for all of my fans to come. The freaks are outside and I locked the fucking door. And now it's just you and I." and the she played "You and I" :D and then "Speechless" and made this super speech during the end:
It made, like, everyone cry xD
She disappeared AGAIN and came back in this big, white outfit and sang "So Happy I Could Die" :O And disappeared again and came back in a weird outfit that looked like she had a table on her head XD (pictures after text!) and she played "MONSTER"! She got eaten by werewolves and she was all bloody. THEN SHE PLAYED FUCKING "TEETH" AND I ALMOST DIED! It's one of my favorite songs EVERRRR. And the performance was so good. After I almost died over teeth, Lady Gaga lays on the floor and starts singing the first notes on "Alejandro" ("Ohh oh oh oh ohh ohhhhh..") and it was beautiful *tear* I got goosebumps:
After "Alejandro" she played "Pokerface" and obviously the whole crowd was super excited! After that, a huge, terrifying monster was on the stage (O_O) and she had to kill it while singing "Paparazzi" :D Giant scary monster:
Ahhh! THEN SHE LEFT FOREVER. And by that I mean she was coming back for an encore.. and of course, she played "Bad Romance" and everyone got up and danced :D
Yeah, it was amazing :D
