Second day..
I have to say that drinking during weekdays is not a good idea. Last night a huge group came into my room, stayed until about 4 AM, I had an early class at 8, so I got up this morning tripping to class. Damn...so dizzy. = =
But I have a 3 hour gap in between morning and afternoon classes today to catch some sleep and lunch.
It was me, Estelle, Justin, Allene, JJ, Lenn, Santosh and Blair, Glory came in a few times after Rush night. Well..Justin are Estelle are still sleeping in her bed right now, and Blair hopped in mine after I left this morning....without permission. = =+ JJ is at Allene's like always, Lenn and Santosh are back to first floor. But apparently Santosh goes to Emory (Daman you have to meet this guy, he's hilarious NDN), well..JJ doesn't go to Tech either, he's with us since I moved in last week. The two girls were completely wasted, with Estelle's hooka-ing and drinking, Allene again took a few shots, great improvements. But they were on the floor giggling the whole time, it's such a cute scene. I drank with everyone and until later Blair came in for his 6 to 13 shots all on his own, I drank with him for a bit then.
Lenn lives next door to Justin, they're all in Caldwell first floor, we girls in fourth, he has Japanese with me. Man this guy is more than a beast, hah. I was so worried about class, so I decide to keep the drinking to the minimum. It's the first time ever I've gotten so dizzy though, I couldn't walk straight for the first time, we're gonna do it again on Friday night, hopefully. I absolutely need to challenge my tolerance...after seeing these girls wasted without drinking much.
Classes are okay so far, I do already have homework from the first day of class, and a bunch of readings to do starting the second. I was looking for a job transfer with Panda, but now it looks like I might want to wait a bit before I decide if I want to do it. Jun was yelling at me over the internet for having so many people in the dorm room, he went home just two days ago after the last two months of traveling with us and on his own. He said he stopped drinking too, and he's being a good kid, he'd like me to do the same as well..But eh, I know what I'm doing, I swear I don't do anything stupid. = =
The walking on campus is another..beasty thing. God I'm using this word so much now, Karl's such a big influence. The last few days he's with me most of the time. We walk around campus together, eat together, he's here in the evening until I go to bed, we almost live together.. I suggested that he bring in some clothes over to store in my closet, so he can even take showers downstairs in the guys' showers and stay longer at our dorm. Oh back to the walking, I can catch the Tech Trolly if I have at least 30 minutes in between each class, like today was totally beautiful, I even met Jennifer and Jing on the Trolly today, and made another friend Jason, pointing to him where the shuttle stop is, but sometimes I only have 10 minutes, Mondays and Wednesdays are beasty on the traveling part. Grrh. The sun burns, so I decided to just get tanned if I can't help it. = =
It's amazing how fast you make friends in college. But then I realize not everyone's a stuckup or genius here, maybe at frats houses, but we party without rushing, we're all noobs in this place, everyone tries to help out, there's this love atmosphere between people which I'd never found in high school. Some profs are alright, I came to like my Government professor, he reminds me so much of Johnston. I have a feeling I'm moving towards the politics and economics side of my major too.
