So.

I just need to tell you how much I love this-and you-one more time.

This was just so perfect. It's like you saw the exact movie playing in my head and made it real. You are also something of a miracle worker, because I gave you so little to go on, since the story was turning out to be this vast monster thing. Yet you managed to created this jewel that so captured my story.

I love Noah cradling Luke so tenderly and the natural way their hands are entwined.(Extra cred for Noah's lovely nipples.) But it's the central image that blows me away as it's so THEM. And it's just a silhouette. But you know these guys SO WELL you get how they would stand.

Noah's all straight and military perfect with those wide shoulders, while Luke is all cowboy loose and looks like he's ridden a horse or two, and the wind's blowing his hair.

And I could write a sonnet about Noah's profile.

Anyways, I am honored that you picked me to contribute art to. I'm forever not worthy.

PS: Yes, Luke with just glasses on reading a book would be a show stopper. Sigh.

I wanted something that would be romantic and fit the feel of your story. I know it was a super risk to draw them nakies together (HA! RIGHT!) since you hadn't written that part at the time it was drawn, but I thought it was a good bet that they'd eventually get a little skin-on-skin action. ;)

I know you love Noah's nose and I have to say it gave me fits w/ the silhouette pic. Luke was easy (hee!) and his bow-legged stance just kinda happened. >.> Noah's nose tho... I think I erased and redrew that about 50 times. o.O I'm sooooo glad it passes muster!
