...because we're experiencing a high pressure area north wind today, right now it's at 22mph and gusting almost to 50mph. This out of a sunny, cold blue sky. Branches, leaves and other detritus are all over the roads already, and outdoor trash receptacles I've seen today have mostly been upended.

Kind of weather you wear an irish fisherman's sweater and do an Old Spice ad.
