ok...I finally watched Blood the last Vampire and I must say, sooooo disappointed. Nothing like the story. Ok, maybe there were a few things right in it, but for the most part, it sucked. Shinobi...loved the movie, but after reading the manga, same thing. Death Note series...same. Great movies,but still not quite the same as the mangas. Never watched Dragon Ball Z live action because I knew that was gonna be all wrong.
Thinking I need to quite watching Mangas turned into animes into live action ><. At least the animes are close to the mangas. Just Blood the last Vampire was based off one of my all time favorite series. I read the manga and watched the anime Blood +. It is a wonderful series of inner struggle with ones self, a love story, and action. Though I did hate the ending because I wanted Saya and dude to live happily ever after, but still I loved it.
The last airbender is scheduled to come out soon and because my oldest kid wants to see it, I have to watch it even though I don't want to. Avatar the last Airbender was something she and I watched from beginning to end and we both loved it. Besides Pokemon, this was her first real Anime show. I don't want to watch it because the director chose to get actors that aren't asian, though the show is asian based. The writing in the show is asian, the clothing is asian, the storyline is asian based. Pretty sure the storyline is gonna be wrong in a lot of ways too. ._.
Can anyone make a live action movie based off a manga/anime and keep it true to the story?!!!!!!!!!
