Actually I don't really like Nicole Richie but she looks amazing in this dress! I love how it shines and her haircut. What I like the most of this dress is the top.

Love love love! This dress is gorgeous. I love the bottom and the flower on her hair. What I like the least is the top because I think it would have been better if it had been strapless.
