In Portland for three days!! Oh My!
Imagine this docked up in your quiet riverside. The biggest thing we ever get is a few war ships for Rose Festival. Note the small jetski/boat in the foreground:

That is the World, a cruise ship that far outclasses any other cruise ships out there. First off, it has residents instead of guests. Yes, residents, people purchase condo-style places. A low end apartment is going to run you $3 million and thats just the purchase price, it doesn't cover your annual 10% "home owners association" fee. You just have to imagine how much the really swank apartments would cost. Better yet, don't.
