(no subject)
So here's my update of the year. Enjoy
Sophmore year is INSANE. I have never had so much work in my entire life. You know how we always had that one BS class where we never had to do any work and we just use to do homework for other classes... yeah... I don't have that anymore. I got my transcript today... not happy. It's not revolting or anything.. just not where I want it to be. That's gonna change though, everyday I keep telling myself that i'm not going to procrastinate and just work my ass off. It'll eventually happen someday right? Haha yeah so I think my mom's home so I should get off of the computer.. or maybe it's my sister. Yup it's my sister.. so i'll keep on talking. Things are going so slow yet so fast. Like Ansley is moving in a matter of days. I never got to see her anyway lol but it's sad knowing i'll have an empty locker next to me. Also, I feel like as of this moment if I were to take any important major test.. i'd fail. As if I haven't learnt anything yet. I'm assuming it'll get better.
On a better note, I went to a wedding reception this weekend. It was amazing. I performed a dance that FOR ONCE was not classical but modern. It felt so awesome just being there because for once my indian clothes for comfortable and I didn't feel as if I had a smile plastered on my face just for the camera's sake. The wedding was for an white girl and an Indian guy AKA Vanessa and Dipesh Khatri. Did you read that? A WHITE girl and an INDIAN guy. It was so fantastic. I did meet Deena and all the rest of my friends there and even though I saw most of them at dance practice it was just good to see them.. just to have a good time.
I realized I have major jealousy issues. I'll never show it to save my life but it like.. explodes inside of me. And i'm usually jealous about friends and not things like so and so is smarter, pretty, good bf or anything. I'm never jealous about the things i should be jealous about... if i should ever be jealous about anything.
